We respect your privacy and will not share your information with any 3rd parties. “THE RODNEY CARRINGTON LAS VEGAS STIMULUS PACKAGE” SWEEPSTAKES 1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.  Void where prohibited.  The “Rodney Carrington Flyaway To Vegas” Sweepstakes (the “Game”) is open to legal U.S. residents with valid state identification who are at least twenty-one (21) years old by October 1, 2009, excluding residents of Alaska, Hawaii, New York, Florida, Puerto Rico, and/or Rhode Island.  Employees of the Sponsors (as such entities are defined below), Capitol Records, RodneyCarrington.com, or any advertising or advertising or promotional agencies involved in the Game, and their immediate families, their IRS dependants, and members of their same households are ineligible.  Anyone who attempts to defraud or in any way tamper with the Game will be ineligible.  2. HOW TO ENTER:  Game begins October 1, 2009 and ends November 1, 2009.  Internet Entry:  To enter, go to http://www.rodneycarrington.com, click on the “Rodney Carrington Stimulus Package” banner, and fill in and submit the entry form on that web page between the dates of October 1, 2009 through November 1, 2009.   Any form of entry other than those described herein is void. Only one entry per person is permitted.   3. SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS:  Winners will be randomly selected in a drawing on or about November 9, 2009 from all eligible entries received by Sponsors. Odds of being selected in the drawing depend on the number of eligible entries received. Entries become the sole property of Sponsors and will not be returned.  Winner will be notified by phone, mail and/or email.  If any of the potential winners cannot be reached after 2 days from first notification attempt, any notification is returned as undeliverable, or a potential Game winner is found to be ineligible or does not comply with the Official Rules or cannot take the trip on the dates designated by Sponsor, the Game prize will be forfeited and alternate winners may, at Sponsors election, be selected by additional random drawings.  Entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and any and all decisions of the judges, which are final and binding in all respects. The drawing Winner will receive a 3 day, 2 night trip to Las Vegas for the Winner and one (1) Guest (which Guest must also be at least twenty-one (21) years of age by October 1, 2009.  The trip includes roundtrip coach air transportation to Las Vegas, hotel accommodations (based on double occupancy) with VIP check-in at the VIP Lounge at the MGM Grand Hotel and Casino , ground transportation to and from the airport in Las Vegas, two (2) tickets to the (12/8/09) Rodney Carrington show at the MGM Grand Hollywood Theater, two (2) meet and greet passes, VIP access to Studio 54 and Tabu at the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino, vouchers for two (2) meals per day per person for two (2) days at the MGM Grand Buffet, dinner for two (2) at an MGM Grand or Signature at MGM Grand owned and operated restaurant ($200.00 maximum value), tickets for two (2) to KA at MGM Grand Hotel & Casino, one (1) Rodney Carrington gift pack for Two (2) containing Cd s and DVDs. Trip must be taken on the dates chosen by the Sponsors, anticipated to be December 7-9, 2009.  Winner and Guest must have all necessary travel documents in order to be eligible to take the trip.  Total Approximate Retail Value of all prizes in this Game is $2,200.00 (depending on origination point of the trip and the airfares in effect at that time). Winner and Guest must travel together.  Winner responsible for all ground transportation other than as specified above and all other incidentals and expenses including, but not limited to, meals other than as specified above, gratuities and phone calls.  All air travel will be in coach class on an airline selected in Sponsor’s sole discretion from the gateway airport closest to Winner’s residence.  Trip subject to air travel/hotel availability, holiday/blackout dates and all other prize and travel restrictions.  Once trip dates/times have been determined, no change or substitution of trip dates/times is permitted except at Sponsors’ sole discretion.  Neither Sponsors nor MGM Grand are responsible for cancellation or change of performance. 5. PRIZE LIMITATIONS:  All expenses not specifically included in the prize as described in these Official Rules are hereby excluded.  Winner may not substitute another prize or receive a cash equivalent.  Sponsors, at their sole discretion, may substitute a prize or cash of equal or greater value for any reason.  Any depiction of prizes is for illustrative purposes only.  Game is subject to these Official Rules and all applicable federal, state and local laws.  Winner is solely responsible for all taxes on prizes.  Sponsors are not responsible for delay in prize delivery. 6. WINNERS RELEASE FORMS:  Winner and Guest must execute, notarize and return within 5 days of receipt by Winner a liability release, a publicity release (where legal), and any other documentation that Sponsors,  RodneyCarrington.com and/or  Capitol Records may require.  Except where prohibited by law, each Winner’s and Guest’s acceptance of prize is permission for Sponsors, RodneyCarrington.com and Capitol Records to use each Winner’s and Guest’s name, photo, likeness, biographical information, statements, voice, and address (city and state only) for advertising/publicity purposes (including the fact that Winner was a participant, or as may be applicable) worldwide and in all media, without further authorization, permission or compensation.  7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:  By entering the Game, each entrant releases the Sponsors, RodneyCarrington.com, Capitol Records, participating stores, their advertising and promotion agencies, and any agents involved in the development, production or handling (including prize suppliers), implementation and distribution of this Game, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, service providers, officers, employees and any other person/entity associated with the Game (collectively, the “Game Entities”) from any and all liability for losses/injuries/expenses of any kind (including, without limitation, property damage, personal injury and/or death) resulting from participation in the Game including acceptance and/or use/misuse of prize, any travel related thereto, or any typographical or other error in the printing, offering or announcement of any prize.  By entering the Game, entrant also grants Sponsors, RodneyCarrington.com and Capitol Records the right to use entry information for marketing purposes to the extent permitted by law, and releases Sponsors, RodneyCarrington.com and Capitol Records from any claims or liability relating to such use.  Entrants agree that none of the Game Entities has made or is responsible for any representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the prizes.  If any prize check is returned as undeliverable, that portion of the prize will be forfeited.  Winner is responsible for notifying Sponsors of any change of address.  8. If for any reason the Game cannot run as planned, Sponsors reserve the right to cancel/modify/suspend the Game and conduct the contest from all salvageable entries received, if any.  Game Entities are not responsible/liable for multiple entries entered by other than human means or other mechanical means, or for entries that are late (including delayed data transmissions), illegible, mutilated, forged, tampered with, destroyed, incomplete, lost, misdirected, mechanically duplicated, mass machine printed, or postage-due, or entries otherwise not in compliance with Official Rules (and all such entries will be disqualified).  Game Entities are not responsible or liable for any technical malfunctions of the telephone network, computer online system, computer dating mechanism, computer equipment, software, or any combination thereof, or any damage to an entrant’s or third person’s computer and/or its contents.<br /> 9. JURISDICTION: Any claims or lawsuits related to the Game brought against any Sponsor shall be brought in the federal or state courts of the State of Tennessee located in Davidson County,
